For your comfort, wear clothing that can roll up above your elbow to allow access to your arm.
- Hydrate before your session. Your veins will be more easily accessible, making for a more comfortable treatment.
- Some of the vitamins and minerals can have a temporary blood sugar and/or blood pressure-lowering effect. That’s why it’s best to eat before a session. (Don’t worry if you haven’t, though, we have snacks).
- Move around before an IV to facilitate blood flow and access to your vessels.
- Plan to spend 1 to 1.5 hours relaxing and enjoying your VIVASol IV Experience!
- Please bring any recent bloodwork if available.
- No additional fee for Normal Saline for dehydration when combined with any IV $149 or above.
